Responsibilities of the Health Tourism Unit;
The Health Tourism Unit operates to ensure that healthcare services are delivered at international standards. It organizes and facilitates the treatment processes for foreign patients. Key responsibilities include informing patients about health tourism services, coordinating appointment and registration processes, and planning post-treatment support services. The unit is responsible for implementing pricing and service arrangements in line with health tourism policies set by the Ministry of Health. It works to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care by maintaining continuous communication and providing translation and guidance services when needed. Additionally, it reports health tourism statistics to management for further evaluation and planning.
